The quality is excellent and matched the description exactly. I liked it so much that i tried to order 3 custom dog orders. I had a very difficult time communicating with the owner. They are great at emailing but when I asked to communicate via phone the owner never called. Because I could not get clarification on a custom order I cancelled all 3 orders. The quality and craftsmanship is excellent but communication on custom orders is lacking.
