At DDR BBQ Supply, we want you to love your purchase. If you have any issues or change your mind within 7 days of purchase, please email us at info@ddrbbqsupply.com or call us at 479.330.1114 to start your return.
If you decide to cancel an order at any time, we reserve the right to deduct the payment processing fees that we are charged and which are non-refundable to us before issuing a refund to you.
Products must be returned with their original packaging unless different arrangements are made in advance.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN RESELLABLE CONDITION OR YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Refund will be issued after the item has been received and inspected at the warehouse. Allow at least 5 business days from receipt of the product at the warehouse for this process to occur.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We require photos of damaged items to process a refund/replacement/return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards, perishable goods (such as food, rubs, anything consumable), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as soaps, lotions & cologne). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Discounts and Coupons
Discounts and coupons don't include grills, smokers, cookers, pizza ovens, griddles, pellet cookers or any other appliance unless noted or there is a special promotion.
FREIGHT SHIPPING
Freight shipping costs are ESTIMATED at checkout. If freight costs vary from what you have paid we will contact you immediately with a freight estimate and give you the option to proceed with the order or receive a full refund. If you have a freight delivery you must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery if there is any damage to the product or issues. We are not responsible if you contact us outside of this timeframe. NOTE: Freight shipments must be refused at time of delivery if there is damage to the item. We cannot process claims if you uncrate the item and know it was damaged at delivery.
